Dinner for 3,000 coming right up

Each year, on the Monday before Thanksgiving, We Care and Friends serves up to 3,000 Thanksgiving dinners at the Stanton Community Center in Annapolis to people who are homeless or in need.  Meals are also deliverd to people in teh community who cannot travel to the Stanton Center.  The event offers the opportunity for people to enjoy dinner and entertainment with family, friends, and members of teh community.  The Thanksgiving event has taken place for almost 20 years and involves hundreds of volunteers and numerous donations by area restuarants and organizations.
